Return & Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reasons, please send us an email within 30 days. All returns need authorization number.

We do not accept returns on open packages. We charge a 20% restocking fee plus the shipping cost on the returns.

All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging. All returns will be refunded in the original method of payment upon our receipt of return.

If you received free shipping for a $50 minimum order and your return makes your order drop below the $50 minimum, $6.95 shipping will be deducted from your refund. In order to accept your return or exchange you must send an email to Infoclothinghub@gmail.com that includes your name, order number, and reason for return.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 10 business days to fully process your return. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
